Oh, raw oysters are such a treat when the are so fresh and not too big.

Phill and I finally gathered the courage to try oysters last weekend - and we chickened out by having Oysters Kilpatrick! I don't know how I would go with a raw one ... that's on our to-do list though! :D

I hope you get to check out Washo ichiba's kattedon, it is a seafood donburi which you purchase the seafood you want on top..delicious!!

That is about the freshest looking oyster I have ever seen! Hope it tasted as good. A squeeze of lemon and down the hatch! Must get to Hokkaido one day for the sea food alone.
